You can use this page to cancel an eligible ongoing Acadex subscription. You do not need to contact support first.

Cancelling Researcher does not delete your Acadex account. After Researcher ends, your account generally returns to Explore.

We will not require you to purchase anything or contact us by telephone in order to cancel.
